Our house has been a mess lately. Not the inside, but the outside. They are putting in a new water system and the road in front of the house has been torn up. There is dust everywhere and my poor cars are all dusty.

While I am glad we are getting new pipes put in, the mess and the noise are somewhat inconvenient. I hope they get done soon so we can have some peace and quiet.

One thing that is for sure is that everybody needs an education. My son found that out when he started applying for the jobs he wanted. He was turned down time after time because he wasn’t qualified. It seems that everyone wants you to have a degree from a reputable college before they will hire you. This makes it hard for those who do not have a degree.

This morning was no surprise as I woke up and it was a little cold outside. The weather is changing fast and everyone needs to get ready for it. I started looking for some clothes to wear to keep me warm against the cold. It took a few minutes to find what I needed.

W had put away the winter clothes and I had to unpack them. I was glad that many of the clothes I had still fit me well. I still might make a trip to the mall and collect some more clothes for the winter. A new jacket would be nice.
