While most people believe that the giant oil company BP has finally put an end to its troubles by capping the well, others are not so sure. Investors in the company worry that the pipe is seeping oil into the bedrock and that the problem is not over. The pressure of the pipe is being monitored, but is still not at the levels desired. Trading on Wall Street reflects these worries.

Stocks are down lately and speculation is running ramped on the company’s future. For now, the oil is stopped but authorities may force the company to reopen the well in order to prevent the larger problem of seepage. For now, all fingers are crossed that the disaster is over and the cleanup can begin.
