It seems that researchers in the U.S. have found that people who run barefooted as opposed to running shoes are giving their bodies a break. Due to a different stride that people use when running without shoes, they tend to land on the middle or front of their feet. This leads to less stress than those who wear shoes and impact on their heels.
I guess it’s all about nature and the beautiful way of things!

One area of our house that is used the most is our kitchen. It seems that it draws people who visit to it. It is really big, but at the same time it is comfortable. There were a few areas where it seemed to be a little bare and so we decided to try to find a way to fill these areas up. We came up with the idea of adding wine glass racks to fill the voids. They have made all the difference in making our house a home.

The only problem we really had was figuring out which ones to get. We had several choices to make and it took a little time. A wine glass rack can be hung from the ceiling, mounted on a wall, or be a free standing unit. We finally decided that since we had the room, we would get one of each. That way, we could place them in such a way as to continue the theme of our kitchen.

The area that draws the most attention when we have company always seems to be the bar. Everyone gathers around it and we’ve had some great times there. That’s why we took some extra time to choose carefully between the different styles of bar glass racks. After much debate and decision, we finally selected one that fit our needs. We are now happier than ever with our kitchen and are very proud when we have company!

I thought it was kind of funny to find out that one of America’s largest corporations has decided not to advertise during the Super Bowl. Pepsi Co has announced that it will not air any commercials this year after a 23 year consecutive run of Super Bowl commercials.

The Company has announced plans to use that money to instead fund a ground up campaign to build a customer base. They have planned to give away millions to worthy projects all around the U.S. they believe that they can get better results by going this route and will begin a groundswell of support for their idea and their product as well. I wish them luck!
