With the rate of foreclosures remaining fairly steady in this country, there have been some trends that have come to light. These trends are not always good and I was reminded of one today. Many homeowners who have been forced into foreclosure have found that they still owe money on their houses. One example is a woman who found that since her house was worth less at auction than the amount she was foreclosed on, she was liable for the difference.
Many banks are now instituting this policy and it is causing resentment by homeowners. Banks are going after homeowners even after they have given up their houses. This sounds to me like a perfect opportunity for congress to step in. I am sure they would love to posture on this problem!

There are oftentimes when I have occasion to travel in the performance of my job. From week to week, there is no telling where I may go. Since I spend so much time on the road, I have learned a few tricks to help smooth the way. One trick I use a lot is to find area businesses I need online. When I ended up in Miami, Fl, I needed a new shirt. I found a clothing vendor online in a matter of minutes.
Since each city I go to is unfamiliar to me, it can be difficult to get around. When I entered Pittsburg, Pa, I found myself needing a haircut. Not knowing where the nearest shop was, I went online to find out. I was happy to find that there was a shop just around the corner from me and I had my hair cut in a jiffy!
Another place I went to was Charlotte, NC. I urgently needed to fix the brakes on my car before I caused an accident. With just a few clicks I found a Ford dealer that was in the area. I can’t tell you how many times the internet has saved me. Part of being professional is knowing how to overcome problems. The internet is a great tool that can be utilized for this purpose.
