It seems that the country of China is mad at the United States for its recent announcement to sell Taiwan arms. Plans for a $6.4 billion dollar arms deal are going through as planned. China is a little less than happy over the deal and has let the world know it. The White House says that the deal is needed to provide Taiwan with necessary defense forces.
Whatever happens over the next few months is debatable. We all know that relations with China are tricky at any time and throwing in a multi billion arms deal won’t help. I say let it be and go ahead with the deal. China has been defiant with us in the past and will not change its ways any time soon. Go ahead with the deal!

My wife and I have certain goals we would like to reach this year. One thing we both agree on is the need to make our house more of a home. Since we moved in, we have been working toward that goal, but due to one reason or another have not achieved it. That’s why we have gotten serious lately and really tried to make an effort to find ways to improve our house. One way we would like to implement is to install window flower boxes on our front windows.
We think that plants are a great way to make a house a home. Many of our neighbors have window boxes and they all look great. We would like the same look as we will fit in with the rest of the crowd. Our house will blend in with the others on our street and stand out from those with no dressings. We both feel that it’s the right thing to do.
Another aspect we like about the window box is the ability it gives us to plant what we like. My wife likes to have fresh parsley with her meals and the box is perfect for that. We know that they will pay for themselves over time as we can lower our food bills. All in all, it’s a win/win situation for us and we are glad to have thought about it!
