While the people of California are renowned for enjoying good weather, that is not always the case. There are times when the state is affected by heavy rains and this can cause severe mud flows that are potentially dangerous and life threatening. Authorities are warning residents in affected areas to leave until the danger is over. I hope these people will listen to good sound advice and do as requested!

One thing that we have been working on for awhile now is fixing up our house. We did a lot of remodeling over the summer and continue to find ways to make our home look a little better. One way we have done so is to install enclume pot racks in our kitchen. They have made all the difference in its appearance.
We were first introduced to enclume potracks by our close friend who lives down the street. They have had them for years and enjoy all the benefits they have received from having them. They know that they can find any pot or pan simply by reaching up and grabbing it. They don’t have to search through multiple drawers trying to find the pan they need.
One other benefit of having these racks is the image they bring to the kitchen. When we have friends over, they believe that their meals are just a little bit better simply because we look like we have a professional kitchen. I highly recommend that every home chef invest in an enclume pot rack for their own home. I believe that you’ll be glad you did and I am sure that it will work out for you as well as it did for us!

One thing I feel good about is the caring that U.S. citizens have shown to the people of Haiti. In the aftermath of that countries terrible disaster, the American people have come through with support and donations for these heartbroken people. I feel proud that my fellow citizens have stepped up to the plate and put their money where their mouth is! I hope that we will all continue to support these people in their time of need!
