We see it on nearly every TV cop show. The defendant is read his rights by the cops. Many of us know the warning by heart. The problem is that we may have to memorize a new set of Miranda rights warnings soon. The Supreme Court is considering changes to the warning to reflect its explicitness. New arguments have been introduces to the court saying that the warning does not go far enough to warn criminals that they have a right to have their lawyers present during an interrogation.

I am all for the new warning, (whatever it may be). I think that citizens should be able to take full advantage of their rights when faced with criminal charges. I hope the court decides to make the warning clearer for those who may not be as legal savvy as everyone else. More power to the People.

Every once in a while, I am forced to make a decision. While on the surface it may not seem that hard, there are times when it can be difficult. One such time was when I wanted to apply for a new Credit Card. There are so many to choose from and I felt insecure with my decision. That’s why I was thrilled to find a site called comparecards.com that helped me with my choice.

The great thing about this site is that they allow you Compare Credit Card Offers for all the different cards side by side. With all the different attributes of each card, it was very confusing. They take into account things like interest rates, rewards, and balance transfers. This way, I was able to find the Best Credit Card for me. It was nice to know that there was someone who could help.

Now, I couldn’t be happier. I have my new card and it’s working out fine. The card I have now is much better than my old one and I am actually saving time and money! I can also use my card at many more places than before. I am also glad to have one less uninformed decision to make. That makes the whole thing worth it all!
