I recently had occasion to add Firefox as an option for being one of my web browsers. It seems that Yahoo was not compatible with one of the sites I need to visit. It wasn’t hard to add Firefox, but I must admit that it will take awhile for me to get used to it. I know that it’s basically the same as Yahoo, but it has a look and feel that is different.
One of the biggest differences is that Firefox is much slower than Yahoo. This may be due to a number of reasons that I’m not aware of, but it is definitely slow. Until I can figure out why, I’ll live with it for now. All in all, they are about the same in most other ways.
