Now that I’m grown, I have taken some wrong turns along the path but found my way eventually.  I’m a jack of all trades and the master of none thanks to my foster father.  He was a jack of all trades and the master of most of them so I learned from the best.

I own a small home improvement company.  I put on roofs, install windows, add rooms on or build a deck if that’s what you want.  Right now is the slow time of year but I still stay busy.  I have been so blessed in my life that I try every year to give back to someone I hear about that is in need.

This year, there’s an elderly couple that needs a new heating system because they have an old oil furnace and can’t afford the oil to heat their house.  I had replaced a perfectly good electric furnace for a family that wanted a better one.  So I’m taking the one I took out of their home and putting it in this elderly couples home for them.  My charge, a home cooked meal.  That’s all I asked of them and she fed me everyday I was there working on her house.

I completed the job yesterday and just in time for the cold snap that has come through.  The looks on their faces of appreciation was all the thanks I needed.  God is good!!  My life is good.  Life if what you make of it so make yours dazzle.  I have in a lot of ways and if I can, you can too.
